Blue 3

Art has the unique power to make us see the world through different eyes, to translate emotions into colors and words. Today, I want to tell you a bit about my creative process, exploring a work that feels deeply mine—a painting I created and which, for me, is not just a picture, but a summer sunset painted with the ink of an emotion. This painting of mine, with its vibrant swirls of blue, red, and yellow, is an invitation to a sensory journey that belongs to me. In a way, I'm not just looking at a painting; I'm reliving the energy of a day drawing to a close, feeling again the warmth I tri...

About me

Welcome to ArtBluNews, the place where art is not just something to look at, but something to live. For too long, art criticism has been confined to a world of ivory towers, accessible only to a select few who can decipher a language made of sterile technicalities, movements, and symbolisms. I have always believed that art should be a universal experience, a conversation, a bridge between the work and the observer, a trigger for introspection. This page is not just an introduction to who I am, but a statement of purpose for this blog: an invitation to break the mold and look at art with new eyes, as a bridge to personal and relational evolution.

My journey into the world of art began not in silent, imposing galleries, but in the intimacy of my daily life. I have always seen a reflection, a metaphor, in every brushstroke, in every sculpture, in every installation. For me, art was not a pastime, but a tool for knowledge. It was through the vibrant colors of an impressionist work that I learned to appreciate beauty in its fleeting nature. It was in front of the geometry of a cubist painting that I understood that reality can be seen from multiple perspectives, and that sometimes to understand it, you have to break it into a thousand pieces. Art, for me, has become a mirror, and its reflection has allowed me to better understand myself.

This blog is born from the conviction that each of us can do the same. It's not about becoming an art expert, but about becoming an expert of yourself through art. My goal is not to give you a critical analysis that tells you what to think, but to offer a point of view that inspires you to think. Take the image you saw in our first post, that of the couple in front of the broken mirror reflecting a Monet painting. At first glance, it might seem like an image of melancholy or conflict. But looking deeper, I saw in it a profound celebration of individual strength within a relationship. I saw an opportunity to reflect on the modern meaning of love, on emancipation, and on the personal growth that must precede, and then nourish, the bond with another person.

This is the philosophy that drives every post you will find here. We will explore art not only for its history or its technique, but for the life lessons it can teach us. We will talk about artworks that challenge conventions, that invite us to question the meaning of love, freedom, identity, and purpose. I will tell you stories of artists who dared to be different, who fought to express their truth, and who, in doing so, opened new paths for all of us. Their art is proof that creativity and expression are acts of courage, and that our life, ultimately, is our greatest work of art.

Why "artblunews"? "Art" is the evidence, the starting point. "Blu" (Blue) is a color that evokes depth, introspection, calm, and at the same time, the infinity of the sky and the sea, just like the questions that art can pose to us. "News" is a reminder that art is not a relic of the past, but something alive, dynamic, and constantly evolving, which is reflected in the trends, challenges, and achievements of our time. My goal is to transform a static analysis into a dynamic conversation, a flow of "news" that are not just information, but stimuli for your growth.

In an increasingly fragmented world, where social media pushes us to create a perfect image of ourselves, art reminds us that true beauty lies in imperfection and complexity. A painting is not interesting because it is perfect, but because its cracks, its bold or uncertain brushstrokes, its shadows and its lights tell a story. In the same way, our lives are not interesting for their apparent perfection, but for their authenticity. Art gives us permission to be human, to be complex, and to be in a constant state of evolution.

I am here to accompany you on this journey. I am not a professor giving a lecture, but a fellow traveler inviting you to look with me. I hope this blog becomes a place of inspiration for you, a refuge where you can find new perspectives and, perhaps, some of the strength and courage that art has taught me to find within myself. Whether you are an artist, an enthusiast, or simply a curious person looking for new stimuli, I hope you can feel at home. Because art, after all, belongs to everyone. And our growth, our hymn to emancipation and the courage to be ourselves, is the most precious work of art we can create.
